Oula Fuel Marketing announced in a press release on Tuesday the introduction of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring (AAQM) at selected Oula stations in Kuwait. AAQM is a means of testing the air quality in Oula's stations to ensure the air quality meets the Kuwait Environmental Protection Agency and international safety standards. Saudi Arabian Mining Co (Ma’aden) plans to invest SR21 billion ($5.6 billion) in a phosphate project as part of a new industrial city in the country’s north, the company’s chief executive was quoted Tuesday by Saudi state media as saying.

Tehran is considering extending its oil embargo to other European countries if hostile policies continue against Iran.
Iran official news agencies quoted the head of the state oil company Ahmad Qalehbani as saying that Iran would stop selling crude to nations who take action against Tehran.

Managing director of the Iranian Oil Terminals Company (IOTC) says Iran has provided necessary facilities to increase oil swap with Central Asian countries through its northern oil terminal.
Seyyed Pirouz Mousavi said Monday that IOTC is ready to increase oil swap operations between Iran and its oil-producing neighbors in Central Asia.

Iran has stopped sales of crude oil to French and British companies, the oil ministry has said, pre-empting the European Union's embargo on crude purchases from Iran.
The retaliatory move is largely seen as a symbolic gesture given the low level of exports to both France and the UK and given that Iran's sales to its main customers will continue, experts say.
